New malay terms...

huaaaaa... tonite's internet is quite something... very slow... dont know why... but really annoying...

anyway, today i read Megabait online... it's actually a small insider in Utusan Malaysia... back to the story... I discovered 2 new terms in malay, translated stupidly direct into malay... oh my, I hope those translator would learn a little bit about malay and know the rules that we should never translate "kata nama khas"...

• Computer Generated Image (CGI) => Imej Janaan Komputer (IJK) <-- i thought it was a branch of IJN... XD
• Display Brilliance Enhancement Film (DBEF) from BenQ => Paparan Gemilang Peningkatan Filem

ok, about the CGI doesn't matter how funny it is... it does make sense... and it's not really a special terms or "Kata Nama Khas"... but that DBEF is specially refer to the technology that BenQ use on their LCD screen, why the heck r u translating that for??? plus, the translation is not really what DBEF is saying... It's because, DBEF is a film coating that enhance the brilliance of a display... so, it should be at least "Filem Peningkatan Kegemilangan Paparan"... this is what we say stupidly translated... this is too much... it's like the translator dont even know malay... hello... the editor should be fired... "Paparan Gemilang Peningkatan Filem" means the display brilliance is enhancing the film... what's that mean??? lol...

no wonder why people start to think BM is bad language nowadays... no one cared to maintain them...

ya ya... me myself is in no position to say that since my blog is in english... but, who cares... this is how i write... in my real life, i speak malay... ye, ak ckp melayu la... xcayer tanyer la member2 aku tuh... mane ade ak speaking xtentu hala...
